Default Inspiration thread?

Yes, I know I'm new around these parts, yet I feel like wanting to get involved, and by doing so, I've decided to put up this idea. It is by no means my invention, I saw it over at the Pearl Jam's Ten Club forum, and it is probobly used a lot around other places as well.

The thing is fairly simple. We make a topic which can easily be reached from the forum, where people can post their artwork, poems, songlyrics, guitar riffs, anything they get inspired to make by listening to Nirvana. Piling it all up in one place would not only make it easy to read through, but also inspire others to post stuff as well. It might also bring the spirit of grunge a little higher if we could all start writing grunge based lyrics, poems and such. Ha.

Does this seem like an okay idea, or is there a large change no one would use it?

Great. A forum's kinda dull with no members. Ha.

However, unless some Moderator or admin comes along, we'll have to make the thread somewhere in the existing areas... Oh well, that would work as well, I suppose.

Ha.

Creating a new thread would be the ideal way, if the content grows then sure creating a new section of the website can be arranged, but so far no one has posted any content the thread maker suggested.

I'll just go ahead and post something here already, if that's okay?
Here's some lyrics I wrote... Not sure when, but hey, thought I'd put it up until I find more...
Not too sure of its quality, nevermind any spellmistakes, 'k?

Bother
Rock-hard surface, applepie crust
Stuck in yer life's maze, dad's got your dust
Spread memories about, leave nothing to spare
Amplify bitternes, draw your anger near

Handless children fly no kite
Handless, speechless, it's just my schyte

Peppermint bagels on my skin
Misery tunes played by mandolins
Strangled by our common sense
Children trapped inside our fence

Handless children picks no fight
Handless, speechless, it's just my schyte

Solid stone beaches, sold very well
Middle school fashion burns in your hell
Scary ole man, buy no rocks
Handless children; feed them socks

Handless children fly no kite
Handless, speechless, it's just my schyte

I've got some tabs for a guitar riff for it somewhere as well... I think.

Ha.

Thanks. Ha. It's a political song about trusting idiots with guns. Ha.

Did you not mention you were a songwriter as well, Aneury? Post some of your stuff, make the thread live on! Ha. Well, only if you feel like it, thought. Heh.

Oh. Ha. I just realized; I messed up the song's name. That's not 'Bother', it's 'Farmer's tool'.
Ha.
This, however, is 'Bother'. I don't think it's as good, but, hey. It'll work.

Bother

Dunno when I'll see next summer
Just right, already dumber
Run away from mortal fin
Dodge, destroy, keep it within.

I just don' need a brother
I just don' mean to bother (x2)

Sneezing through painfull energy
arrogant sucker, afraid of allergy
heads on three knocked to the wall
kill the emperors final fall

I just don' need a brother
I just don' mean to bother (x2)

Tell when she comes back
Tell her, burn her school sack
It's okay, just vaporise
Angry, starvin' world collapse

I just don' need a brother
I just don' mean to bother (x3)

I just need my brother
