Default sorry

i am not saying that I am one of those pozers out there that love kurdt only because he's dead, i am saying that we more or less took his mind and sole for granted and i am sorry for pissing you off or any thing but if he was alive today we wouldn't miss kurdt we would miss nirvana.

that's kinda right, actually.... I guess his death left a void in all of us, a void we're trying to fill with constant thoughts about him, not only as a musician, but also as a person. Anyway, for me, Nirvana was and will always be Kurt, because he was behind every lyric and every tune ever put forth. So yeah, I guess if he would still be alive, we would miss nirvana, but that's a different kind of "miss", at least for me. It would have been like "yeah, I sure do wish they would get out another album", and now the kind of "miss" I personally am feeling is that deep hurt you feel when you know you'll never - NEVER - see a person again, and more, that he left/was taken away, either way it's the same result, in such a manner. I have said it elsewhere, the thing that I find the hardest to come to terms with is that he had so much pain and suffering in his life....if he had died an accomplished man, with his loved ones around him and stuff, i guess it wouldn't be so heart-wrenching, even after so many years...

I like him because he was just awesome...his additude on life...it was just different to the everyday generic icon...and his music actually had some meaning to it...

I love that he hid nothing good or bad.
He was the anti Rockstar.
I never knew him, yet i feel like he was my best friend. He refused to prove a point and yet thats all he did.
I can't even explain how one sad little talented person can leave such a huge and lasting impression.
But the music does speak for itself. He was beautiful.

I loved his individuality and freshness at the time.
I also think its kind of human nature to want what we can no longer have, its greed, he produced greatness in his life and now hes gone we need to treasure what he left behind. Artists are bled by their labels to produce greatness time after time and that can really destroy someone who is not ready for it.
...maybe.lol.

I don't love Kurt because he's dead. Thats just the way LIFE is. "EVERYBODY APPRECIATES YOU WHEN YOU DIE". It's a "saying" out here in Los Angeles..

Basically, you don't know what you've got until it's gone. I'm sure you all seen that when Michael Jackson passed away last year - the amount of new fans came with his death, the tribute shows and flash mobs etc. People only really appreciate something when they stop taking it for granted and when people pass away they have no choice but to do that.

For me as an individual, I had no choice but to love Kurt 'more now he's dead' simply because his alleged sucide took place the day before I was born although my reasons for loving him have nothing to do with the fact that he's no longer with us.
